Quincy Toston is the Founder and Managing Partner of ORW Equity Partners, with a career spanning real estate investment, mortgage lending, acquisitions and dispositions, financial operations and regulatory compliance.
Throughout his career, Toston has overseen more than 5,000 real estate closings and more than $500 million in cumulative transaction volume. His experience includes residential and commercial investment opportunities, distressed assets and complex real estate transactions.
He founded ORW Equity Partners and developed its operating structure, departments and standard operating procedures. He directed investment operations across 14 markets and led a geographically distributed team of 16 professionals.
From Opportunity to Closing
His hands-on experience includes sourcing off-market residential and commercial properties, negotiating with sellers and buyers, working with private investors and financial institutions, and evaluating bank asset acquisition opportunities.
He has personally managed and revised transaction contracts associated with million-dollar real estate deals, coordinating with attorneys, title companies, lenders and other participants to address obstacles and complete transactions.
His investment background includes residential rehabilitation projects, market analysis, due diligence, property valuation, rehabilitation estimates and investment return analysis. His financial and operational experience spans mortgage origination, credit analysis, foreclosure mitigation, compliance, internal audits, vendor oversight and organizational development.
